It's not even 2008 yet, and we are already getting information about the Chinese New Year festivities. It's the Year of the Mouse in 2008, and there is just no way that Hong Kong Disneyland is going to let that slide without putting on a show.
According to Hong Kong Disneyland's Official Year of the Mouse Celebration page, the Resort will be celebrating Chinese New Year with a Twist between January 22 and February 24 next year. This will include a number of new attractions and events designed specifically for the event, and seems to be part of the seasonal push aimed at attracting younger audiences to the park.

Plus, the park will be decorated with a whimsical mix of traditional Chinese and Disney iconography! Sounds like a terrific festival!
