Story

Hong Kong Disneyland lets us open our Christmas presents a little earlier this year, as they officially announce their plans for the holiday season. A sparkling Castle; ice sculptures; a parade and Santa's Workshop are just some of the things you can expect to see this year in Disney's Sparkling Christmas.

Disney's Sparkling Christmas will run from 23 November 2007 to 2 January 2008, and will incorporate the New Year's Eve celebrations as well.

Hong Kong Disneyland's Official website lists some of the highlights as:

• Sparkling Castle Lights Show - Mickey illuminates the Sleeping Beauty Castle with special effects and music

• Let it Snow Christmas Parade - Complete with Sparkling snowfall!

• Santa's Workshop - visit the place where Santa gets ready for Christmas, and maybe even meet the man himself!

• Ice Fantasy - glittering sculptures of the Disney princesses and Cinderella's carriage

• Disney characters in their full holiday gear

• 23 November to 19 December - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 20 - 30 December - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• 31 December - 10:00 AM to 12:30 AM
• 1 -2 January 2008 - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
