TicketsDisney has announced a brand-spanking new set of ticketing options designed to get the kids and youth of today into the park and spending like crazy. In addition to some new Youth Programs and senior initiatives, Annual Passholders will be able to bring a friend for free. There is also a brand new student annual pass, offering discounts to those of us who study.

Hong Kong (20 Aug, 2007) Now everyone can experience the joy and magic of Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) at greater value – thanks to a series of exciting new ticketing initiatives aimed at providing even greater choice and flexibility for our Guests.

 

Hong Kong Disneyland will roll out a series of enticing ticketing products in the coming weeks. With the new initiatives – for young or old, a student or senior, visiting for the day or just a few hours – there’s a special treat for everyone at Hong Kong Disneyland!

 

“Hong Kong Disneyland is proactively reaching out to a wider section of the community by offering these exciting new ticketing initiatives,” remarks Josh D’Amaro, HKDL Vice President, Sales and Travel Trade Marketing. “Given the proven success of the Summer Pass and Annual Pass programs, we are confident that we are on the right track!”

On 28 August, Hong Kong Disneyland will launch the new Student Annual Pass available to all Guests aged between 12 and 25 with valid full-time student identification. The Pass will come in three categories – Value, Deluxe and Premium – for the same prices as the Child Annual Pass.

 

In early September, the Disney Youth Programs will introduce more exciting courses and at even more attractive prices for Primary and Secondary School groups. The new courses include Disney’s Animation Magic program and an Advanced Learning Disney’s World of Physics level for Form 5 and 6 students. Disney’s Youth Programs incorporate the Disney Youth Education Series (YES), Disney Theme Park Adventures (TPA) and Disney Magic Music Days (MMD).

Young people aside, Hong Kong Disneyland is exploring to launch a special initiative for seniors and an announcement will be made in due course. This Senior offer will be available to all Hong Kong citizens aged 65 and over.

 

As a benefit to Mickey’s loyal pals, we will invite all current Annual Pass holders to renew their passes for another year at special concessionary rates from 28 August. What’s more, all Annual Pass holders will be invited to “Bring a Friend Free” between 1-23 September to enjoy a day of fun and magic together!

 

Catering to our diverse Guest mix, the new ticketing products are expected to broaden our reach and embrace wider market segments. As a long term investment, Hong Kong Disneyland is committed to establishing a solid foundation of support in the market. We believe that enriching the immersive experience of all our Guests will contribute not only to our own growth, but also to Hong Kong’s further development as a quality family tourism destination.

  • Eligible Guests can choose from Value (HK$460), Deluxe (HK$930) and Premium (HK$1,250) Student Annual Passes.

  • Disney Youth Programs are: Disney Youth Education Series (YES), Disney Theme Park Adventures (TPA), Disney Magic Music Days (MMD).One complimentary teacher/ chaperone ticket will be provided for every 15 paid tickets.
  • One teacher/ chaperone ticket can be purchased at the student rate for every 15 paid tickets.

  • All Annual Pass holders will be invited to renew their passes at special concessionary rates 60 days before the expiration date of their original Annual Passes.
  • Pass holders can renew their pass through:
  1. HKDL’s official website
  2. Calling 1-830-830
  3. The Park’s ticket booths or two hotels
  4. Ticket Express located at the MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Concourse.)
  5. Mailing back the renewal form
