PRESS RELEASE: Hong Kong Disneyland will invite every child born in 1997 to enjoy a whole year of complimentary visits to the Park – a truly extraordinary celebration to mark the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR)!

 

 

No matter where they were born – be it Hong Kong, Mainland China or anywhere else in the world - every child born in 1997 will be eligible for a Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass (CDAP), courtesy of Hong Kong Disneyland!

 

 

Bill Ernest, HKDL Executive Vice President and Managing Director, said, “Hong Kong Disneyland, being a member of the local community, is excited to celebrate this historic moment of Hong Kong by bringing a magical experience to this exclusive group of Guests, letting all their dreams come true.”

 

 

To enjoy more than 340 free days at the Park, eligible Guests can redeem their Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass anytime from 15 May 2007 until 1 July 2007. They just need to approach the ticket windows in the Main Entrance to the Park to claim their complimentary pass, which will be instantly personalized with the Guest’s name printed on the back.

 

 

These lucky young Guests will also be among the first to enjoy the new attractions due to be unveiled at Hong Kong Disneyland this summer – including the creative Animation Academy, and the hilarious new parade, Mickey’s WaterWorks.

 

 

But we haven’t forgotten the rest of our Guests in all the celebrations! In addition to the Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass offer, Hong Kong Disneyland will also roll out a host of commemorative collectible items during this period. There will be a specially designed admission ticket to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of HKSAR which will be used throughout the anniversary year, plus a limited edition pin set featuring classic Disney designs with unique Hong Kong scenes that Guests won’t find anywhere else. And every lucky Guest visiting the Park on 1 July 2007 will be presented with an original HKSAR 10th Anniversary themed giveaway. Certainly something no collector will want to miss!

 

 

COMPLIMENTARY DELUXE ANNUAL PASS

 

 

Who: This offer is open to all Guests born in 1997.

 

What: Each eligible Guest is entitled to one Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass (”CDAP”) for Hong Kong Disneyland.

 

When: Guests must redeem their Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass between 15 May 2007 – 1 July 2007.

 

Validity: One year from date of issue.

 

How: Guests are required to produce personal identification when redeeming and using their Complimentary Deluxe Annual Pass.

 

 

For Eligible Guests from the HKSAR: Both (i) birth certificate and (ii) school handbook or valid passport with photo.

 

 

For Eligible Guests from Mainland China: Valid Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau.

 

 

For Eligible Guests from the Macau Special Administrative Region: Macau SAR Resident Identity Card.

 

 

For Eligible Guests from other territories: Valid passport with photo.
